Come along and enjoy a fun workshop and learn just how easy it is to make kombucha and various other probiotic fermented drinks such as Jamu, Tepache, Ginger Beer, Sima/ Lemonade, drinks using whey and probiotic capsules etc .......all very refreshing in our hot Perth summers.  They are all low sugar and preservative and stevia free.

There will, of course, be kombucha scobys for everyone to take home as well as a ginger bug.  

This will be an in depth workshop on brewing kombucha.  As you will learn kombucha is very inexpensive to make and also very versatile. We'll talk about health benefits, different equipment, continuous brewing, batch brewing, how to make fizzy kombucha, going away on holiday, scoby hotels, types of teas you can and can't use, sugars, mould etc.    Curb that expensive store-bought kombucha habit by learning how to brew your very own......the flavour combinations possible are endless.

There will also be a number of delicious probiotic drinks available to taste.   Come along and add some bubbles to your day.

This class requires at least five students to run. In the unlikely event that we don't get this number of students, we'll cancel the class and fully refund you.   You would be advised of cancellation of the class at least two days prior.
